  2. file, and optionally a 0 byte file directory.
  3. Useful for PCB BBS to list off-line files that
  4. were never on-line so are not in any BBS file
  5. directory. Can block dup uploads. Freeware
  6. from Scott Johnson for the Freeware Hall of
  7. Fame BBS.  CATDISK 3.6 or later format.
